Opinion: Billings School Officials Need to Rethink Their Security Procedures

Two more lockdowns this morning in Billings must get school officials to re-think their security procedures. And a side note: people who post false claims or threats on social media have to be dealt with seriously. For example, two years of road crew work with the prisoners or something else that leaves an impression on every other kid out there. How about a $1,000 college stipend for Whistle-Blowers. Our liberal school leaders should like that, Whistle-Blowers and free college tuition. It's time for a serious change.
