Did you ever wonder how much time we waste after we hear the recording say, "If you know your party's extension....wait for the beep"?

Seven seconds here, eight seconds there. After you stop and think about it, those seconds really add up.

I also hate when businesses have the auto answerers. I understand that it saves you money, but I'll usually hang up when I get those and take my business elsewhere.

As long as we are on the phone thing, my vote in the next election will go to whoever can stop all of the "Robo Calls."

One last thing. We take a lot of listeners' phone numbers to call back for prizes. You don't have to say "406" at the start. I assumed that it was 406.
