I can't believe that it's summer already (well it will be officially on Wednesday)  Did you make the same New Years resolution a lot of us made?

You know the one where you are going to eat healthier, lose weight, join a gym and get in shape.

How's that working for you?

I'll tell you up front, I can't keep a resolution no matter how hard I try, I'm to lazy.
