Aging

After visiting my dad in Cincinnati over the weekend, it's so sad to see what happens to us when we reach the end of our time here.

I was always a 'chip off the old block.' I was just like my dad because I tried to be. I liked fast cars and Loni Anderson. But lately, I'm noticing some unsettling things.

My sister and I were having a conversation the other day about getting old.

I could easily fill this post with lots of cliche`s like "you're only as old as you feel", but I will spare you those. I'll just cut straight to the point and tell you that I recently saw a video that inspired me to not let myself start feeling "old"...

I am not sure what it is, but lately the “aging bug” has been hanging around me a lot.
