V.I.P. Parking

Metra has decide to make the entire lower parking lot V.I P. parking during the Garth Brooks concerts.  Now, unless all other traffic in the other parking lots is stopped and that lot let out first, this is just now making parking a paid service.

That lower lot was always public free parking.  This appears to just be a revenue raiser rather than a perk or genuine gesture.  If the people get special attention after they pay then great, if not this will infuriate the paid parkers.
