Washington Standardizes License Plates Costs, Why Not Montana?

Anyone who gets license plates for a new vehicle endures the pain when they get the bill. In the state of Washington yesterday, they passed an initiative to make all plates 30 bucks. Wouldn't that be great? So, instead of trying to get help from them on passing a recreational pot bill, why don't we enlist them to help us lower our license plate costs. That makes me high.
