Billings Man Charged with Rape

The Gazette reports that a Billings man has been charged with raping a child. 49-year-old Robert McChesney appeared in Yellowstone County Justice Court on Monday to face a single count of sexual intercourse without consent. The rape reportedly occurred in September when the child was 10 years old, according to charging documents.
