Coal Port Denied

The Army Corps of Engineers has denied the request for a coal port in Washington. The reason: the Lummi Indians like to fish there. Well, the Crow tribe likes to mine coal and bring in some jobs and prosperity to their reservation. This was just the thing they needed to turn the tide on so much government reliance. Ryan Zinke and Steve Daines voiced their outrage on the decision. Where is Jon Tester on this one? Is he afraid to be in opposition of his Democrat buddies war on coal? At least this is one war that will be finished in a short time and Montana will loose.
