Horses: The Other… Lasagna Meat?

On Monday's show we got to talking about the business in Europe over Horse Meat making into the Lasgana over there. Apparently Europe is a bit of the of us on the Horse cuisine curve because here in American we're still fighting our own battles over Horse Meat.
