This is my second wedding in eight months as Maddy got married last October. So trying to get some of these things done at the ranch have only added to the busyness of the week.
Both are far from what I do for a living too, but there is one common bond that holds us together -- my daughters also -- and that would be the life we knew on the ranch.
It did get better with time, but I still miss her. My little sister left this Earth on April 26th, 2011. And I don't want anybody to feel sorry for her. Trust me. She may have only been here 43 years. But her life was a great party.
