THAT Friend

If you're in a relationship, then chances are that your significant other has THAT friend. You know, the one who talks guy/gal into things that you wish they wouldn't do. The one who tells you, "We'll be home by 8." But it's inevitably after the bars close.

My "THAT Friend" was a guy named Darrell. About 20 years ago my girlfriend and I went to Missoula to visit Darrell and his family. He and I went out to get pizza. One thing led to another and we got home about midnight. Pizza was not the topic of discussion when we arrived.
