Traveling comedian and philanthropist Arizona Lou, "America's Favorite Old Man," will perform in Billings this weekend at both the American Legion Post #4 and the VFW Post 12181 to benefit the USS Billings commissioning and homeless veterans respectively.

Told he was too old to make people laugh, the 77-year-old retired science teacher has performed over 875 shows to more than 24,000 audience members in the past six years. His tours have taken him to 47 states, though after his current tour he'll add two more to the list, leaving only Alaska.

Lou has also been named one of 9 Athletes Over 60 Who Can Kick Your Butt and 7 Active Senior Citizens Who Are Crushing Their Sports due to his impressive kiteboarding skills. And if you're one for gruesome tales of gnarly accidents you can read about the time he lost some fingers (warning: there are pictures).

Saturday's show will be family-friendly and will include an auction, live music, and Arizona Lou. Sunday's show, while it will not contain profanity, will have adult themes.
