Mark always does his Friday Fragments, so this week I'm going to do Farmer Finishers.

As tough, brutal, and trying as this week was with this record blizzard, I found a glimmer of hope yesterday.

Poking its head through the snow was a sign of life for ranchers hoping for a better year.

It's not over yet but any sign of hope can go a long way to justify all the hard work and sacrifices you make to keep going.

If you didn't know we have a podcast available for you folks out there who don't get to listen early. This morning would be a good one to check out.

The Billings Education Association listed their school board choices and then called out all of you who have vented your frustration with the school district. They dubbed you a "vocal MINORITY" that would rather yell and scream and stomp your feet than do the hard work of making the schools better.

My gong went OFF and you can see all the names of the people who stand behind that statement. You folks know you are the majority like the rest of the nation (literally - her story reached the east coast) that Stands With Emily.

And a couple of the best funnies of the week ... We were talking about Rihanna and her picture in Vogue magazine while pregnant. Sure hope that baby is hungry!

And another this morning talking about the price of gold being $1,920 an ounce. The people north of town have to be happy knowing that their one tooth is now worth more than ever...

Hope all of you have a great Easter weekend and don't forget your taxes are due Monday by midnight...

The majority Stands With Emily.

See ya Monday at 5 a.m.
