Before the REAL cold weather arrives in Billings, I guess I need to thicken up my blood. Walking into the Cat Country studios in the morning wearing a sock hat and winter coat, I'm greeted by life long Montanans who don't pull out the long pants until the windchill gets so low it causes immediate amputation. And even then, Mark Wilson would come strolling into the 23rd floor of the DoubleTree at 4am in Bermuda shorts. And that's only because it will make him think it's still warm enough to golf.

So how do I thicken up my blood before winter? From what I've seen, it's heavy doses of Ranch dressing and Wilcoxson's Ice Cream.

How cold does it have to get until you put away the shorts?
