Sorry Ladies, You Can’t Park Here

This is a pic I took a couple of years ago at the parking lot across from St. V's. Facebook reminded me about it today, so I thought I would share. I don't think it is actually there to exclude females from parking in that section, but I did notice that all of the cars seem to be parked between the lines, so I'm not 100% certain.

Seriously... What does this sign mean? Is that management?
