Breakfast Flakes Trip

If you were one of the winners or if you were on some of those trips and remember who the winners were, please help a couple of old radio guys out.

Call it karma, call it whatever you want. This weekend we had our Flakes trip give-a-way party and it was awesome. It was packed wall to wall with the greatest people you could ever want to meet. We had absolutely the best time, a rowdy crowd with tons of fun, games, and antics.

However, for all the prep work, it's worth it once you get to your final destination.

Paul and I are looking forward to meeting you at the Power Horn this Saturday night. We should know who you are by about 9:30. But first, we have to put fifty people on our island and then kick off the forty-nine that aren't going to Mexico with us.

Whenever we hire somebody new to be on the air here at The Cat, I always ask them to come to the control room and point out what they think is the most important piece of equipment. Some pick the microphone. Others choose the computer. And both are wrong. It's the telephone.

Another Very Happy Mexico Trip Winner

Whooooo....what a week! For starters, I can't believe how many comments came from me not only changing my Facebook profile picture for the first time in 7 years, but I also got TONS of comments on it. Kinda funny.

Here we are, August 2nd already, and before you know it we will be starting our Flakes Stop-Bys.
