Meaghan Fisher isn't just any Montanan. She is currently serving in the Montana Army National Guard and is getting ready to deploy with her unit. She grew up in Kalispell, Montana and graduated from Flathead High School in 2019.

I didn't grow up hunting. My dad had no interest and I followed in his footsteps. But my folks divorced when I was eleven and my mom remarried. He was a hunter, hiker, and camper, all kinds of outdoor activities that involved being cold.

I love to shoot although I don't get much time to do it much anymore. Through the years I have the guns that I always seem to pick first for every need. My favorite all-time deer rifle is the 25-06. It's deadly and accurate and can be used on many different animals...

I had dreams of moving here and learning to fly fish and living in a cabin down by a beautiful river. I would hike and hunt and be one with nature. I would focus on inner peace and maybe write a great book about man and the wild, or man vs. the wild, either or.

Of course fish feel pain. Animals that don't feel pain tend to vacate the planet pretty quickly. However, to equate the way a fish brain processes pain to the way a human brain processes pain is ridiculous

For the hunters out there, this story is already enough to get you "triggered", but it gets worse...apparently, there are thousands of male profiles with similar pictures who have not been reported or flagged as inappropriate. In other words, if you're a lady who enjoys hunting, you might want to keep that fact to yourself until after the first date.
