Visit any small, touristy town in Montana and odds are good that you will find at least one drive-up restaurant that is a "must stop".

When the coronavirus is over, we're heading to Billings backyard mountain town to have some fun. Here are 11 of our Red Lodge favorites.

During the first two weeks of March, Red Lodge becomes "the winter activity headquarters," with activities and entertainment planned for nine days.

Since 1980, the National Finals Ski Joring races have been held in Red Lodge. This is where cowboy life and extreme skiing come together.

I saw this video posted by Red Lodge Mountain's channel and I thought I would share. The one and only comment says "Too many slow skiers. 1 star".

I was supposed to eat at the Red Box Car, but as it happens every time, the place had a line that was just too much for me. Now, a long line is a great testimony for a restaurant and I'm not complaining, but I just couldn't hang knowing that there was some allegedly great Mexican food just up the road a bit.

Back when we started broadcasting in 1988, we did a lot of neat promotions and one of those was our own station golf tournament. We'd invite advertisers to come spend an afternoon with us playing some golf and having some fun. Top teams won some pretty good prizes and it was a great time for all...
