Billings Doesn’t Suck!

Going through this and that on the internet today and I come across a story from Time Out City Index talking about which cities in the world 'suck' the most and which ones don't. Funny thing is, they didn't even rate Billings which in my thought makes it a great place.

In my theory, no news is good news so I will take that non-mention as a plus side for the Magic City.
