Anyone who has spent more than five minutes on the internet knows that the World Wide Web is a crazy place. It's a virtually limitless pool of information with an estimated 64 zetabytes of data online, as of 2020. A zetabyte is about a trillion gigabytes, a number so large that it's difficult to comprehend.

From news, information, and research documents, to recipes, porn, and cat videos, there's something for everyone online, including plenty of fringe topics like aliens.

Of course, not everything on the internet is true.

For example, the source for this article was a random Facebook page that the algorithms thought I needed to see in my feed. The page Knowledge I$ Power shared a post that claims to be a covert list of sites where alien bodies are, or have been, stored. This list (below) comes from an alleged whistleblower.

As I scanned the list of supposed alien storage locations, I was surprised to see the tiny town of Dutton, MT, in the middle of the list.

Is there any truth to this otherworldly claim?

More than likely not. If four alien bodies were hidden (since 1953) in a town as small as Dutton, MT, surely, SURELY, someone would know about it. Secrets can be kept, but something as monumental as aliens tucked into a bunker or an old shed, in a town of 300 people, would be almost impossible to keep under wraps.

HOWEVER...

Montana is somewhat famous for having the first recorded UFO sighting in the United States. According to the Montana Historical Society,

In August 1950, Nick Mariana, general manager of the Great Falls American Legion baseball club, saw something extraordinary. He grabbed his hand-held movie camera and filmed what would become known as the first ever footage of unidentified flying objects, drawing the attention of the U.S. Air Force and making Mariana a celebrity. The story of the “Montana Film” involves an alleged government conspiracy and has continued to generate speculation ever since the video was made public.

The Montana Historical Society shared an hour-long presentation about the "Montana Film" on YouTube. So perhaps... just maybe... the UFO filmed by Mariana in 1950 crashed north of Great Falls, and the government secretly recovered the aliens and hid their bodies in Dutton in 1953. Maybe. Or maybe not.
