Get Your Green on in Billings

Being from Irish descent, I have to love St. Patrick's Day. It just comes with being Irish. It is a given. If you're Irish and you don't celebrate, I think it may be forbidden from what I have heard.

Over the weekend we had our annual St. Patty's Day Pub Golf Classic Tournament. It was so much fun. Golfers stormed the town of Billings, sippin' drinks and sinkin' puts. It was a sight to see and I can't wait to do that again next year.

The good news is the festivities continue this week, too. Don't miss the St. Patrick's Pub Crawl - Billings Caledonian Pipes is coming up Friday and Saturday. This will be a 21 and up celebration that is going to be a ton of fun. Remember, don't drink and drink and have a great time.

The St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Celtic Street Fair is Saturday, March 19th at 10 a.m. in downtown. Bring the kids, dress up in your colors and get ready to celebrate the color of green and have a lot of fun doing it.

No matter what you're doing this St. Patrick's Day, have a good time and celebrate responsibly. We all want to have more celebrations in the future. Let's make the most of it.
