Updated snowfall totals from the National Weather Service show 43.5 inches of snow has accumulated in Fishtail, MT since 12 noon on Sunday (2/24).

Yellowstone County totals hit 13.7 inches in Pompey's Pillar, 12.5 in Huntley and 10.0 in the Heights. Click HERE to see the complete list of snowfall totals as of 11am Wednesday (2/27).

A Winter Weather Advisory continues through 11pm for Yellowstone Country with another 2-4 inches of accumulation possible through tonight.  Another round of snow is forecast to dump an additional 4-6 inches on Billings by Friday night before 30 to 40 below zero wind chills return this weekend.

According to National Weather Service statistics, the one-day record for snowfall in Billings was 23.7 inches on April 4, 1955. We're still well short of last February when 32.4 inches of snow was recorded at Billings Logan International Airport. The snowiest February in history was 2014 when 37 inches accumulated.
