A defense lawyer says prosecutors aren't seeking jail time for actor Stephen Baldwin, who is accused of not paying his New York income taxes for three years! There is a meeting today regarding the case against the youngest of the Baldwin brothers. The Rockland County District Attorney's office said it is hoping for a resolution today. It is likely the case can be resolved without jail time. Let's not forget The most famous Baldwin, Alex who publicly called his daughter a thoughtless little pig! I'll bet holidays are a blast with the Baldwins!
