5 Risks When Living In Montana

There are a lot of pluses about living in the Treasure State. Beautiful scenery, lots of room to stretch your legs and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

The question is what's the down sound of living here?

Whether you like it or not, there are risks when living in Montana.

Here are my top 5:

• A potential Yellowstone eruption

The 'Big One' could happen any day at any time. The plus side? When it does, we probably won't even know what hit us.

• Hitting a deer, moose or elk while driving

They're everywhere and they don't look both ways before crossing the road

• Snow drama

Getting snowed in or stuck is just a part of life in this state.

• Getting that claustrophobic in crowds

Like I said, we are a wide open state so getting in a crowd can feel strange at times.

• Grizzlies

Yep, we got 'em and they don't mind coming into town to say hello and grab a snack.
