FOUND: Missing Stillwater County Woman

UPDATE 10/23/25 - Media outlets are reporting that Magnus has been found, according to her sister. 

A Missing Endangered Person Advisory was declared last week, regarding a Stillwater County woman who has disappeared. Abigayle Rae Magnus was last seen getting into a black SUV at the Park City Zip Trip gas station on October 3rd, per details shared by the Stillwater County Sheriff's Office.

Magnus is 27 years old, 5 feet 2 inches tall, and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair, and a nose piercing. The Montana Department of Justice Missing Persons database photo shows her with blonder hair; social media comments from those who know her say that she usually wears her hair pulled back, and it was dark brown when she was last seen.

The suspect vehicle is a Cadillac Escalade, model year 2004 - 2017. The license plate number is reportedly unreadable from the security camera footage. The vehicle was least seen heading east on I-90.

Abigayle was last seen on October 3rd, but the Stillwater County Sheriff's Office notes that she was known to be somewhere in Billings on October 7th, where some of her personal belongings were left behind.

Law enforcement is concerned about her well-being, "due to recent developments". I reached out to Chief Deputy Williams today (10/22) to see if there were any updates regarding Abigayle's whereabouts; no new public information is available at this time.
