Fixing up a nice BBQ is a great way to celebrate the 4th of July nationwide but in a state like Montana, we know how to do it up well.

Sure, burgers and dogs are all fine and dandy but I have been to a few BBQ's in Billings that have sent my taste buds on a rage.

Steaks, ribs, polish sausage, pulled pork, brisket and that doesn't even count the sides. Homemade potato salad, baked bbq beans, corn on the cob...oh yeah. Add the appropriate beverage and I am in heaven.

This has to be my favorite part of summer.

This is the day that you start first thing in the morning and graze all day long. Definitely a day to throw the diet out of the window.
