Billings Bad Back Epidemic

What is with all the bad backs in Billings? We must have more than anywhere in the country given the number of SPAS we have here in town. Really? Are any of these legit? Why would Billings issue a business license to these places if they know what they do? Maybe some of our city officials go there to have their backs fixed.
