Zoinks! You’re Going to Love Billings’ Featured Adoptable Pet
Paul Mushaben of the Breakfast Flakes has a new crush.
Paul seemed to fall head over heels today for our featured Wet Nose Wednesday pet. This awesome dog is named Ruh Roh Shaggy, and he's ready to be adopted now at Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter in Billings.

Ruh Roh Shaggy is a 1-year-old Bearded Collie mix.
This handsome, shaggy-coated dog recently arrived at the shelter as a stray. He seems to be well-cared for and has a fantastic personality. Ruh Roh Shaggy LOVES people, kids, other dogs, car rides, and hanging out with humans.
A medium-sized pup, Ruh Roh Shaggy reminded me of a celebrity dog, like the kind you might see on TV or in the movies. He's smart, goofy, and sweet, and likes to lean in close for cuddles and back scratches.
The $6 adoption special continues at Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter.
The shelter has been overflowing with stray dogs in recent weeks, prompting them to offer an incredible adoption deal. Through the end of June, you can adopt any adult dog for just $6—a savings of over $150.
Derek Wulf, Humane Outreach Coordinator at Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter, said not only are the kennels full, but they currently have dozens of dogs in foster care that will be coming up for adoption soon. If you don't see a pet at YVAS that seems right for you, check back frequently as new dogs and cats arrive daily.

Can't adopt, but want to help?
