Flakesgiving is coming up this weekend and, once again this year,  Mark and Paul are gearing up to feed thousands of hungry families.  Of course, handing out 1,500 complete Thanksgiving meals isn't cheap and we rely on the generous support of Cat Country listeners to make this event happen every year.  Here's a touching donation we received today.

A woman mailed in a card on behalf of her mother, Geri, who is 86 years old and listens to the Flakes every day.  For the past several years, she had dated a wonderful man named Cliff, who lived in Forsyth. Sadly, Cliff passed away last month at the age of 85.  So this year, she's donating two meals ($50) on behalf of her mother and in memory of Cliff.

That's just one example of the amazing community support we receive each and every year. Because of people like Geri and Cliff, Flakesgiving has become the largest event of its kind in the state of Montana. We honored to accept this donation on behalf a great man.

If you'd like to help the cause, we will gladly recognize your family members, business, school or organization on the air.  Send your donation to Flakesgiving, PO Box 1276, Billings, MT 59103 and thanks again for your support.
