Huge Jump In Online Dating Predicted For This Weekend

According to Match.com, they will see a huge spike in membership this weekend.  By this Sunday, January 6th, they are predicting a 69% spike in membership.

Of course, the reason behind this jump is that people are still in New Year mode and are trying to get something going that will hopefully last until at least Valentine's Day.  I suppose there are others who just want to snuggle up to someone because it's January and it's cold outside.  September is the most popular birth month, so do the math.

Whatever your reasons, if you're planning on browsing some profiles, this might be your best week of the year to see some new faces (in addition to all of those inactive profiles, bots, scammers and catfish).
