Random Thoughts On Garth Brooks

In case you haven't heard, Garth Brooks is coming to Billings for a concert in June at Metra. Of course, Trisha Yearwood is coming along.

We gave away a set of concert tickets already this morning. And we have more concert tickets to give away. A lot more.

And this occurred to me this morning. Nobody on the air in Billings has given away more concert tickets than Paul & I. And we are the only morning show that was working on air and at the same station as the when Garth last came here for 4 shows.

I hope Trisha sings "On A Bus To St. Cloud" & "You Can Sleep While I Drive". Both songs are underrated, I think. And you don't hear either one on the radio much anymore. (Unless you listen to the Flakes Golden Oldies Hour).

Garth is the ultimate showman. It's gonna be a great concert. Or concerts.
