With just over a week until it takes flight, Santa's sleigh was spotted on 24th Street near downtown Billings. There was a black covering over 'Rudolph One' that was rumored to be heading for testing near Chief Plenty Coups State Park where the terrain is idea for 'touch and go' practice.

The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) denies any test flights have happened in our area but one unconfirmed report claims a Pryor resident spotted a small boy dressed in green, having pointy ears, a long nose and wearing a pointy hat.

Based out of Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado, the NORAD Track Santa program will provide real time tracking of Santa Claus' worldwide delivery of toys starting December 24th and can be found HERE.
