A McDonald’s Fan Favorite is Returning Across Montana
McDonald's locations across the Treasure State are bringing back a beloved fan favorite in July. The company recently announced the return of the Snack Wrap, beginning July 10th.
The Snack Wrap was first introduced in 2006 and remained on the McDonald's menu for a decade. It was phased out in 2016 because franchise owners said the item was too complicated to prepare.
If you aren't familiar with the easy-to-hold and eat entree, the original Snack Wrap came with either crispy or grilled chicken, lettuce, cheese, and sauce, wrapped in a soft burrito. For the re-release, fans will only be able to order the Snack Wrap with crispy chicken (grilled is not an option), and it will come in two flavors, Spicy or Ranch.

Proof that companies listen to their customers?
McDonald's has a new fan page dedicated to the return of the snack wrap. Limited information is up at this time, but the company did share dozens of screen captures of emails they've received from fans begging for the Snack Wrap to come back.

Pricing for the 2025 Snack Wrap has not been released yet, but a comparable item at Burger King is $2.99. I would guess the Snack Wrap will be priced similarly. With nearly 50 locations in Montana, odds are strong that there is a Golden Arches near you.
Fast food restaurants commonly add and remove menu items based on trends, sales numbers, or pop culture moments. Who remembers McDonald's Onion Nuggets? They were on the menu in the 70s and 80s. Or how about the McJordan?
We're still waiting for the return of the Big and Tasty.
