Starting Work Before 7 Is A Good Idea

As hot as it is many people try to get a lot of their work done before the heat peaks around 3 to 4 pm.  Now keep in mind that here in soviet county you're not allowed to start before 7 a.m.  It’s the Billings sleep rule, everyone must remain quiet until then.

What are we a bunch of second graders?  Go ahead and work, pay the fine if they come after you.  It’s better for your employees and much safer.

What kind of country built on the backbone of its workers would do this to start with?  If you need more sleep go to bed early that way you can still get your 10 hours......
