“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” – Jim Rohn

The Montana Health & Fitness Expo and the 50+ Expo is this weekend.  This two-day event is free to the public. You can focus on wellness and quality of life.

The Diabetes Association will be on site to help you identify the first signs of pre-diabetes.  The weekend will be filled with education and awareness to bring you closer to your personal health goals. The businesses that focus on lifestyle wellness are so varied; weight loss, physical stamina, spa and beauty treatments, travel and leisure.

Admission to the Montana Health & Fitness Expo is free, courtesy of Cook Travel Station. So plan on spending some time and determining if a few small improvements in your daily life can bring you closer to the person you want to be.

“Health and intellect are the two blessings of life.” – Menander (ca. 342-291 BC)

That quote reminds me so much of The 50+ Expo, which is a part of the Montana Health & Fitness Expo.  The 50+ Expo is uniquely designed to focus on those younger Baby Boomers.  You will find businesses that cater to the 50+ demographic for housing, travel, outdoor activities and continuing education.
