2017 ACM’s

Country music has changed and I'm finally accepting it. Entertainer Of The Year, Jason Aldean isn't my personal cup of tea. But, I'm also not buying downloads. From anybody.

Still somewhat country was Miranda Lambert's poignant song called "Tin Man".  Tim & Faith dressed to the nines for their performance. And I also enjoyed the very non political approach to the jokes last night. (Hey, everybody in Hollywood could learn something here)

And, keep in mind that these award shows will shape what's going to get played on the radio over the next few months. So, here are a few predictions.

Maybe the Chris Stapleton fascination is over. Last year, he won all over the place. This year, not so much. Keith Urban, 7 nominations, 0 wins. Even Dierks Bentley didn't do well.

I hope you like how Thomas Rhett and Maren Morris sing. because, you're going to hear them a  lot this year.
