Didn’t Dickey’s Barbecue Just Open?

Dickey's opened Thursday on Montana Avenue in the location of the old Log Cabin Bakery to much fanfare. Long lines that were rewarded by some of the tastiest barbecue and side dishes in Billings.

On their front door it says "Open Daily From 11am to 9pm".

I live downtown so Sunday evening about 6:45 I wandered over for the barbecue I'd been craving all day and then... ugh, they were closed. You can see the hand written sign in the picture above. Why would a new business that seems well poised for success out of the gate all of a sudden close for 4 days out of the blue when they say they're "Open Daily"?

Did they run out of meat?
