Fall in Love with Flounder, Billings’ Featured Adoptable Pet
Did someone say "Puppies?!" Be still, by beating heart. Our featured Wet Nose Wednesday pet today is a ridiculously cute lil guy named Flounder, and he's ready to meet his loving forever home.
Last week, we met Flounder's mom, Mary. She was a real sweetheart, and we're happy to report she has been adopted. Six of her other adorable puppies have also been adopted. Two remain at Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter: Flounder, seen here today, and his brother Puffer.
Hollywood has come up with a ton of incredibly wacky plots over the years, to varying degrees of commercial success.

Flounder is a Kelpie mix, as we know from his momma, but your guess is as good as mine as to the dad's genetics. And really... does it matter? Mutts are oftentimes the best pets, and Flounder seems like one of the good ones.
He's had a fair amount of human socialization in his first 10 weeks on earth, starting life with a caring pet foster family in Billings. And last week, he got to participate in a dog enrichment event hosted by YVAS at the Billings Public Library, where over 200 people came to visit the dogs.
How about a few rounds of Bingo for Valentine's Day?
Bingo with Bingo has become a beloved annual Valentine tradition in Billings. It's named after a shelter dog named Bingo, and the rest of it is obvious. Come join the fun on February 14th from 7 - 9 PM at Bark Park, 1215 Monad Rd, Suite A.

Bring your well-behaved dog, and any drinks or snacks you'd like to enjoy, and participate in several rounds of bingo. Pots have been known to approach $200 or more, and new this year is the Human Slot Machine, for extra fun.
DOG DEAL: Through February 16th, you can adopt any adult dog at Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter for just $10. WOW! Browse the shelter's current inventory HERE.
