Teens as Young as 14 Can Score Summer Jobs with Billings Parks Department
Summer will be here soon, and for many teens, it's time to make some money. My fourteen-year-old asked me to help her create her first resume over the weekend, as she's preparing to apply for a job at an ice cream shop. She's excited to start making her own money, and I'm proud she's taking the initiative.
Jobs are limited for younger teens; many companies have a minimum age of 16. However, the City of Billings Parks & Recreation Department has several seasonal summer job positions for teens, including as young as 14.
