Where Can We Get Great Home Cooking?

I'm on the hunt for a local restaurant that has great home cooking.  We've tried the chains, and we've tried going to Stella's (it ranks very high on TripAdvisor.com) but it's really hard to get in there.

We love going out to breakfast on the weekend.  It would be great if they had supper, too.  Where should we go for the best home cooking in Billings, or the surrounding area?  I'm counting on you!  You've been here longer!
