* TIMING... RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW SUNDAY EVENING. SNOW... HEAVY AT TIMES... IS POSSIBLE LATE SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT.
* SNOW ACCUMULATION... 8 TO 12 INCHES POSSIBLE FOR THE FOOTHILLS LOCATIONS WITH 4 TO 8 INCHES POSSIBLE ACROSS THE LOWER ELEVATIONS.
* WINDS... NORTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 25 MPH.
* IMPACTS... HEAVY SNOW WILL CAUSE DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS. SOME AREAS MAY SEE DAMAGE TO TREES THAT STILL CONTAIN FOLIAGE... AS WELL AS ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES DUE TO FALLEN TREE LIMBS ON POWER LINES. THE COLD AND WET CONDITIONS WILL BE HAZARDOUS FOR UNPREPARED HUNTERS.
